Warrior Outdoors

Warrior Outdoors’ mission is to honor our country’s veterans and first responders’ patriotism and their sacrifice.  The hosts of Warrior-Outdoors, country singer Dustin Wilkes and Warrior-Outdoors co-founder Andy Wickman along with the Founder of Warrior-Outdoors, Bobby Wiggins; take great pride in recognizing the dedication of our guest heros and look forward to exploring the respected traditions of hunting.

It is our honor to take a hero on a guided and recorded hunt that may be featured on Warrior-Outdoors TV show and website.  Each hunt will capture our guest, guides  and hosts gearing up, setting out; and if all are well prepared and we are lucky, we can tag our target animal.

Our military veterans, fire fighters, police, ems who chose, on a daily basis, to put their lives on the line to defend our freedom and help others are all eligible. We feature weapons in the AR platform while following the local laws and safety requirements set by the DNR or the guides.   Warrior Outdoors understands our right to harvest animals  and  will continue the traditions of safety and respect handed down through generations of hunting.  Warrior Outdoors goal will always be “One shot one kill.”

About Andy Wickman...

Andy Wickman has been a serial entrepreneur for over twenty years. With extensive sales and marketing experience, as well as projections and strategizing. He embarked upon his first business adventure at age twenty two.  Andy started a dating service (a legitimate job) and learned many valuable business skills and hardship pitfalls from this experience.  While this business was in the start-up phase, he also started an advertising company (to help the dating service).  He was able to sell the concept to the Former Governor of Alabama Fob James to raise the startup capital.  After the harsh lessons of life taught him about failure and he was forced to close both businesses, he took some time to learn more from others.  Andy has always had multiple jobs and was in restaurant management and sold homes for Jim Walter Homes.  Andy then went into the transmission business for a small independent company and then became the manager for the largest Mr. Transmission in Alabama. Yet, his passion of own his own business could not be stifled.  Andy went on to start his own transmission business called Angels Transmissions.  While this business was operational, he started a motorcycle shop “Spirit Cycles & Paintball.” Realizing that motorcycles and paintball are much more fun, in 2008 he closed the transmission business to focus all his efforts on the motorcycle shop.

In June of 2013, the sale of the motorcycle shop will be finalized and he will be able to list this accomplishment as a true success.

In January of 2013, Andy decided to have a mid-life crisis. While deciding  what he wanted to do when he grew up, he met Singer/Songwriter/Actor Dustin Wilkes. They formed a incredible friendship that budded into a business agreement. Andy then took on the Title of Artist Manager for Dustin. As his personal manager and confidant, Andy is responsible for the development of the Dustin Wilkes brand in all areas of development from here on out. Andy now serves as a decision maker for the day to day business operation or Dustin’s Label and Publishing Company.
